Stretch and Connect

Join us for Stretch and Connect, a new community offering that provides a place for light movement and a chance to connect and socialize with community members.

Participants will first be led through a short movement class. It will involve simple breathing techniques that calm and refresh, and easy stretches and other movements that rejuvenate and strengthen. These activities will improve balance and focus.

The class will be led by Neem Dewji, the director of Yoga for Bliss, now in its 22nd year. Neem specializes in Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Vinyasa, Therapeutic Yoga, meditation, and stress management. In her classes, she tries to bring out the mind-body-spirit connection: that deeper, meditative aspect of movement that is so healing and rejuvenating. 

After the movement activity, light refreshments will be served. Members of the class can socialize and make new friends.  

This pilot program will run for three weeks, on Wednesday November 6th, November 13th, November 20th. Each session is $10 plus an optional contribution to support RNH Programs. Register here.
