Community Talk on Estates, Wills and Trusts
Next week, RNH will host a Community Talk on Estates, Wills, and Trusts on Thursday January 16th at 10 AM. The talk will address the importance of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and Living Wills. There will also be a discussion on strategies to protect the value of your estate for yourself, your loved ones, and your favorite charities. You will also learn current Elder Law planning as well as have an opportunity to ask questions.
Local attorneys Teresa M. Grant Stoethe and Marie A. Corliss will be conducting the talk. Teresa M. Grant Stoethe has been an attorney in private practice since 1981, and has had offices in Inwood and Kingsbridge. She has specialized in the areas of Estates, Wills, Elder Law, and Real Estate and has also taught at local colleges, including Manhattan University, Pace University, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Marie A. Corliss is Principal Attorney and founding member of Corliss Law Group, P.C. She has been practicing Estate, Medicaid, and Special Needs Planning for more than 25 years.
