SHSAT Prep Class

SPECIALIZED HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION TEST (SHSAT)

Prep Class

Prep and Strategies for the NYC Specialized High School Exam

Let us help your student prepare for the SHSAT. This course, taught by experienced teachers, will provide students with technical skills, test-taking tips, and curriculum review.

  • We will focus on realistic practice and targeted content review including time management strategies,

as well as a review of skills and formulas to prepare your student for tackling this test and doing their

    best.

  • Prior to the first session, students will take a baseline SHSAT exam at home to give a benchmark. Once the

student grades this exam they will be able to identify areas needing strengthening. They will share this

information (areas needing strengthening) with the teachers prior to the first session.

  • It will be the responsibility of the students/families to take the baseline test under real test conditions.

This class takes place on Zoom.
