About the image: One day, while digging through RNH’s attic, we discovered an annual report from the 1940s, featuring this character, a suit with the Neighborhood House for a head and the slogan “Shake Hands Neighbor!” Eighty years later, we are bringing the character back as this year’s Community Day mascot.
